AWARENESS AND HEALTH CHECKUP CAMPS
Bharti Vikas Sansthan (BVS), a grassroots organization committed to improving community well-being, proudly completed its project titled “Awareness and Health Checkup Camps” in Jaipur District. This initiative, conducted with financial assistance from NTPC Limited, focused on improving access to healthcare, raising health awareness, and promoting hygiene in underserved communities.

- Beneficiaries: Approximately 5,400 individuals from marginalized communities.
- Scope: 54 camps conducted across Jaipur District over 12 months.
- Activities:
- Comprehensive health checkups, including tests such as hemogram, liver profile, renal profile, and more (50-60 tests per participant).
- Distribution of health awareness materials and hygiene kits.
- Awareness sessions on hygiene, illness prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Interactive sessions with healthcare professionals.
Achievements:
- Addressed critical healthcare needs, including early detection of non-communicable diseases.
- Improved awareness of hygiene and health-seeking behaviors in 70% of participants.
- Established a network of local volunteers and healthcare professionals to sustain community health improvements.
