National Level Monitoring (NLM)

Bhartiya Vikas Sansthan (BVS) successfully conducted National Level Monitoring (NLM) to assess the implementation and impact of various government schemes in multiple districts across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, and Gujarat. The initiative aimed to ensure transparency, unbiased beneficiary selection, and effective execution of rural development programs.

Project Details:

• Location: Various districts across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, and Gujarat
• Duration: Multiple phases from 2018 to 2021
• Beneficiaries: Local communities and village residents across monitored regions

Implementation Approach:

BVS deployed trained monitoring teams to conduct on-ground assessments using detailed checklists and questionnaires with support of Ministry of Panchayati Raj & Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. Field visits involved interactions with local authorities, Panchayat representatives, and direct beneficiaries to evaluate the scheme’s effectiveness. The findings were compiled into comprehensive reports submitted to the Ministry of Rural Development and the Ministry of Panchayati Raj.
