Bharti Vikas Sansthan (BVS), in collaboration with National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd. (NTPC), successfully conducted a Skill Development Training Program in Jaipur District, Rajasthan. The initiative aimed to uplift economically disadvantaged women and youth by equipping them with practical skills to enhance employability and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Project Highlights:

• Duration: 6 months (300 hours of training)
• Beneficiaries: 480 youth and women across 16 batches

  • Directly benefitted 480 individuals, with an indirect impact on over 1,920 community members.

The project was designed to address unemployment and economic disparity by providing high-quality vocational training and support. By the end of the program, trained individuals gained essential skills to secure employment, start small businesses, and contribute to the socio-economic development of their communities.
